What about the beer?
Colour is black with a small tan head. Aroma has alcohol, sweet roast, coffee and chocolate. Taste starts with strong bite of charcoal and alcohol bitterness. Heavily charred-roasted malts with bitter black coffee and dark chocolate take over. Towards the end roasted heavy bitterness and alcoholic malty flavours rise with salty liquorice. Aftertaste has long-lasting roasted alcoholic bitterness and dry black coffee.

Powerful and delicious American Imperial Stout. Strong flavours of roast, coffee, bitter hops and alcohol. Aggressive, complex and untamed. Excellent brew from Ôllenaut - not for easy beer loving nor faint-hearted people.

Since it says American on the label and the flavour is powerful, aggressive and untamed, there certainly has to be some kind of insanity planted to the brew's taste, right? And when the sense of taste has been tricked to madness, next we'll mess with the sense of hearing. Of course, the American part is taken care of on the way.
