What about the beer?

Colour is pale yellow with a large white head. Aroma has vinegar, sour berries, apple and yeast. Taste begins with extra-tart berry-fruity bite. Tart citrus and sour berries take over with some funky vinegarish yeast. Towards the end sour cherries get company from sweetish fruits. Aftertaste has sour berries, sweet apple and some sparkling wine.

Unique and nicely complex Sour Ale. Berries and fruits to give tart, sour and sweet, vinegar, yeast and wine to give their distinct flavours. Very noble when compared to modern acidic and amplified sour ales. Delicious brew.

What about the beer?

Colour is sparkling golden yellow with huge white head. Aroma has "horse-sweaty" yeast, sour lemon and sour apple. Taste gets going with strong, slightly bitter lemon sourness. Sour citrus and fruity yeast take quickly the command. Near the finish some sweet pineapple and kiwi make a visit. Aftertaste is sour, yeasty and bitterly dry.

This works. Sour and fresh brew. There's the taste of summer here. There's more Belgian ale like yeast and farmhouse ale like lemon here than IPA bitterness, so this goes to the sour ale category with me. Anyway, excellent delicious beer from the Jyväskylä dudes again.

What about the beer?

Colour is pale hazy yellow with a small white head. Aroma has stingy sourness and tartness, mostly grapefruit and some lingonberry. Taste begins with extremely tart and sour lemon with gentle hoppy bitter bite. The citrus dominates firmly with tiny malty and bitter notes here and there. Near the finish acidic berries like lingonberry and cloudberry join the orchestra. Aftertaste has lemon sourness and salty dryness.

Heavy hardcore sour-tart brew. The tartness strikes aggressively to the gums, lemon sourness dominates the symphony and gooseberry shows clearly up in the final notes. Unforgettably powerful and great experience. I was taken to the edge like the name of the beer, given by a popular horizontal cliff in the mountains of Norway, promises.
