What about the beer?
Colour is dark brown with a huge cream white head. Aroma has cardamom, cinnamon and sweet buns. Taste starts with a spicy fruity sting. Cardamom-flavoured sweet malts take over with
some fruity sourness. Towards the end cardamom and clove get on top
with gentle bitterness. Aftertaste has sour spices and a bit ashy
malts.
Light spicy ale, well made though. Easy mild fun for a change. Would go nicely
with seasonal dishes. Thanks to the brewery for this treat.

It's no longer time for Christmas songs. Sounding more like Weezer than themselves and pretty far from their grunge roots, this song named after a girl named after a sweet spice fits with this rather light brew nicely.
