What about the beer?
Colour is thick dark orange with a medium white head. Aroma has mostly grapefruit with some sweet fruits and fresh grass. Taste starts with bitter hoppy bite with a citrus twist. Fresh bitter grapefruit takes the lead and keeps it. Near the finish there's a drop of dry pine and a slice of orange. Aftertaste has bitter-sour grapefruit and a hint of piny dryness.

Very tasty and fruity bitter. Grapefruit and citrus gently dominate without driving one over with heavy or bitter. Nothing tricky but simple flavours well presented and easy to drink. De Molen keeps its standards.

A light summer-tasting brew named Op & Top, translated in English 'at its best', requires a light rock song. Like the ones U2 does best:

U2: Staring at the Sun (YouTube, Live 2001)

From the 1997 album Pop, the song was written by U2.
